Welcome TO LANGTOFT UNITED
Supporting Grassroots football and player development
Thank you for visiting the website of Langtoft United Football Club. We are a growing community club providing inclusive football for boys and girls in the local area. Established in 1990 Langtoft United aim to provide football for all abilities giving chances to everyone who wants to play England's most popular sport.
Langtoft United's priority is the development of our players over a win at all costs mentality. We want all players that come to the club to experience a fun, safe environment to learn, develop and evolve into a confident and capable player.
Aim for the future is to upgrade our facilities to a very high standard that will benefit every player that come to our club. We are proud to be an FA Accredited club affiliated to the Lincolnshire Football Association.

Langtoft United mixed teams are known as the Vikings and was formed in 1990. Based in Lincolnshire and in between Bourne and The Deepings. The Vikings are affiliated to Lincolnshire Football Asociation.
The Vikings play their fixtures in the Peterborough & District Junior Alliance League & Peterborough Football League playing either on Saturdays or Sundays. Our main focus is development and that all players enjoy their football.
We are always on the lookout for volunteers to help run the boys teams and to create new age groups every year so if anyone is interested in starting on their coaching pathway please get in contact.
Volunteering does make a difference to children in the local area who wants to play football and it can be very rewarding too.

They are children, let them play
Creating the right environments for our players, both on and off the pitch is so important. Even though your role could be slightly different from someone else within your club or league, it’s important that we all play our part in creating a fun, safe and inclusive environment.
The Respect Codes of Conduct are in place to ensure that everyone involved within an FA Charter Standard club or league is playing their part to give the players a positive experience.
Safeguarding is up to everyone, everywhere, every time to keep children safe
As football’s governing body in England, safeguarding is a fundamental aspect of The FA’s role – and that of its affiliated members.
Collectively we have an ongoing duty to ensure the game is a safe, positive and enjoyable experience for the millions of children, young people and adults who regularly play, watch, coach, referee and volunteer.
Our united approach to safeguard across the game is driven by a clear three-part strategy:
Implementing preventative safeguarding measures (such as safer recruitment) to create fun, safe football environments;
Making the reporting of concerns as easy as possible;
Ensuring safeguarding, child protection and adult at risk concerns are investigated swiftly and thoroughly in conjunction with statutory agencies – and with demonstrable outcomes.

Volunteer coaches required for new teams
Volunteer coaches are required to help start new teams at Langtoft United. New age groups are to be started but we need help from anyone who wants to give up some of their spare time so children in the local community can play football.
No experience is needed just a passion for making a difference and be a role model. Full support will be given throughout your coaching pathway.
We are looking for male and female coaches to join the club for either the Vikings or the Valkyries Girls teams.
If you are interested in coaching football get in contact with our Head of Football Development for more information

club partners & sponsors
Langtoft United would like to say a big thank you to all our sponsors, suppliers and partners who have helped our club and our teams to be kitted out in their team colours. Without the generosity of local businesses supporting grassroots teams like us there would be no football for the young children in our local community.
If any business in the local area would like to help and get their company on our shirts, your business will be seen in a wide area from Lincolnshire to Cambridgeshire and beyond. Your company name will be on our social media and our website too. If you would like to sponsor a team contact us today. Thank you everyone.
