THE FUTURE OF GIRLS FOOTBALL
The England Lionesses play in the Women's World Cup this summer looking to not only be European Champions but to be Champions of the World too.
By making girls' football more accessible, Langtoft United are opening doors for the growth of the women & girls football as a whole. We look at the success of the England Women's football team and we want to play our part in giving women & girls equal opportunities to realise their dreams of playing football.

FA RESPECT
THEY ARE CHILDREN, LET THEM PLAY
Creating the right environments for our players, both on and off the pitch is so important. Even though your role could be slightly different from someone else within your club or league, it’s important that we all play our part in creating a fun, safe and inclusive environment.
The Respect Codes of Conduct are in place to ensure that everyone involved within an FA Charter Standard club or league is playing their part to give the players a positive experience.

SAFEGUARDING
SAFEGUARDING IS EVERYBODY'S RESPONSIBILTY
As football’s governing body in England, safeguarding is a fundamental aspect of The FA’s role – and that of its affiliated members.
Collectively we have an ongoing duty to ensure the game is a safe, positive and enjoyable experience for the millions of children, young people and adults who regularly play, watch, coach, referee and volunteer.
Our united approach to safeguard across the game is driven by a clear three-part strategy:
-
Implementing preventative safeguarding measures (such as safer recruitment) to create fun, safe football environments;
-
Making the reporting of concerns as easy as possible;
-
Ensuring safeguarding, child protection and adult at risk concerns are investigated swiftly and thoroughly in conjunction with statutory agencies – and with demonstrable outcomes.

VOLUNTEER COACHES REQUIRED FOR NEW TEAMS
Volunteer coaches are required to help start new teams at Langtoft United. New age groups are to be started but we need help from anyone who wants to give up some of their spare time so children in the local community can play football.
No experience is needed just a passion for making a difference and be a role model. Full support will be given throughout your coaching pathway.
We are looking for male and female coaches to join the club for either the Vikings or the Valkyries Girls teams.
If you are interested in coaching football get in contact with our Head of Football Development for more information
